Seven Days from now the American Adoption Congress International Convention in Denver Colorado will have come to a close, and I will be back in New Mexico.
I will have had one of the best weeks of my life growing and learning with amazing friends, sacred sisters and brothers, colleagues and family. We will share tears, laughter, great food and our personal stories, our victories and our challenges. My workshop entitled “Walking Softly In The Wilderness” offered up some insight, courage and tools for navigating the mountains twisting trails and riding the rapids of relationship river. I will have a smile on my very tired face, and many more miles on my Honda Pilot.

Won’t you be join me? I am grateful for the communities I have come to know in the world of adoption. This is one experience you don’t want to miss. I sure hope to see many moms and dads and adoptees like me in Denver!
